EDC Thailand returns in January 2026 for its second edition in Phuket, taking place at Rhythm Park from January 16 to 18, and continuing its expansion beyond a standalone festival into an island-wide experience. Alongside the core festival days, this year’s edition introduces Thailand’s first-ever Hotel EDC at Angsana Laguna Phuket, marking the first time the Hotel EDC concept has been launched outside of Las Vegas, while also extending the overall schedule with pre-parties, beach events, morning activities, and official after-parties across multiple venues in Phuket. Inside the festival grounds, Rhythm Park will host EDC’s signature stages, immersive pathways, themed zones, rides, and large-scale art installations, supported by curated spaces such as Downtown EDC and lifestyle-driven experiences. With programming that begins before the opening night and continues after the final set, EDC Thailand 2026 positions the festival as a multi-day destination event that connects music, environment, and community across the island.

Artist Lineup Highlights

EDC Thailand 2026 is led by major international names scheduled for Kinetic Field, the festival’s main stage. Headliners confirmed for Kinetic Field include Tiësto, Armin van Buuren, Zedd, deadmau5, Afrojack, and Axwell /\ Ingrosso, along with many more artists announced across the full lineup. These names form the core of the mainstage experience and are associated with EDC’s largest-scale productions at Rhythm Park.

Beyond Kinetic Field, the lineup extends across genre-focused stages. Chase & Status and Sub Focus appear within drum and bass–led areas, while Eli Brown and Beltran are aligned with house and techno-focused stages. Harder styles are represented by Sound Rush and Sub Zero Project, while artists such as Levity, Sara Landry, and VTSS appear across non-mainstage areas, along with many more acts spanning different styles throughout the weekend.

Hotel EDC Thailand and Accommodation

One of the key additions for 2026 is Hotel EDC Thailand, hosted at Angsana Laguna Phuket. This is the first time the Hotel EDC concept has been introduced outside Las Vegas. Hotel EDC is active throughout festival week and hosts official EDC-related events, including pre-parties, daytime gatherings, and morning activities connected to the main festival.

In addition to Hotel EDC, official accommodation partners include NH Boat Lagoon, Phuket Merlin, Proud Phuket, Tour De Phuket, Travel Lodge Phuket, Wyndham Royal Lee, and The Ozone Residence. These hotels are included in EDC package options and are located across different areas of Phuket.

Tickets and Entry Options

EDC Thailand 2026 offers both full-weekend and single-day ticket options. Prices are set at 9,590 THB for 3-Day GA Tier 2, 15,590 THB for 3-Day VIP Tier 2, 4,700 THB for GA single-day tickets, and 7,700 THB for VIP single-day tickets. This structure allows flexibility for international travelers and local attendees planning to attend selected days.

Pre-Parties, After-Parties, and Island Events

EDC Thailand activities begin before the main festival with a pre-party on Wednesday, January 14 at Maya Beach Club in Phuket. On January 15, the official EDC Beach Party takes place at Xana Beach Club, located at the Hotel EDC venue, featuring Sara Landry, VTSS, Cole Knight, and regional support.

During the festival weekend, Illuzion Phuket hosts official after-parties on January 16, 17, and 18, with lineups to be announced. The week concludes with the official EDC Phuket Takeover at Yona Beach Club on January 19, extending EDC Thailand beyond Rhythm Park and into Phuket’s beach club circuit.

EDC Run Club and Morning Events

EDC Thailand 2026 introduces the EDC Run Club on January 17, in partnership with Sabai Run Club, taking place at Hotel EDC. Morning events during festival week also include the Bartels EDC Coffee Rave, running from January 15 to 18 at Bartels Bluetree, offering daytime meetups centered around music and social connection.

Stages and Music Areas

Kinetic Field serves as the main stage at EDC Thailand 2026 and hosts the festival’s largest headliners, including Tiësto, Armin van Buuren, Zedd, deadmau5, Afrojack, and Axwell /\ Ingrosso, along with many more artists across the weekend.

Other stages at Rhythm Park include Circuit Grounds, StereoBloom, Bionic Jungle, and the Boombox Art Car. These stages are separated by musical direction, allowing house, techno, bass, drum and bass, and harder styles to take place at the same time without overlapping with mainstage sets.

Art Installations, Rides, and Festival Zones

Rides confirmed for EDC Thailand 2026 include the giant wheel, carousel, Polipo, Flying Bee, Tagada, and UFO. Art installations across Rhythm Park include The Rise, which features fire elements, along with Pixel Art Forest, Face Tree, and Bamboo Village, placed throughout the site as visual landmarks.

Binary Beach is a new zone introduced for 2026, inspired by sea anemones and Thai musical rhythm. It is positioned as a calmer area within the festival layout rather than a performance-heavy space. Additional zones such as Pixel Forest and Daisy Fields provide areas away from the main stages, allowing for varied movement and pacing across the grounds.

Downtown EDC and On-Site Activities

Downtown EDC is located within the festival grounds and includes non-music activities such as a Wedding Chapel, Diva drag shows, karaoke, and a Kandi Casino. These areas are open throughout the weekend alongside the stages. A Skydeck area in partnership with Mu:In Bangkok is also included within the site.

Festival Pathways and Design

Entry into EDC Thailand begins along Rainbow Road, the main access route into the festival grounds. Other pathways include Power Path, built with light-based structures, and Daisy Lane, a vegetation-lined route that connects different areas of Rhythm Park.

Merchandise and Thai Influence

Limited-edition EDC Thailand merchandise will be available throughout the festival, drawing from EDC’s Electric Sky identity while incorporating Thai cultural elements. Designs include regional motifs and locally inspired apparel, including elephant-themed pieces.

EDC Thailand 2026 brings together a new venue, a confirmed international lineup, and a full schedule of events across Phuket before, during, and after the main festival days. With Rhythm Park as its base and Hotel EDC, beach events, and island-wide takeovers surrounding it, the January 2026 edition presents a clearly defined destination-style festival run in Phuket.
