DJ Snake, the global artist behind some of the most streamed electronic tracks of the past decade, is preparing for one of the biggest concerts of his career. “The Final Show” is set to take place on Saturday, 10 May 2025, at Stade de France in Paris. This performance will be his last solo show in France, and it has already sold out, with over 80,000 tickets claimed months in advance.
The event follows the record-breaking concert by French rapper Jul, who recently drew a crowd of 98,000 at the same venue. DJ Snake’s show is expected to be a major highlight of the year in France’s live music calendar. Joining him on stage will be Tiësto and Madeon, two internationally recognised names in electronic music. There is also speculation that other surprise guests, including past collaborators, may appear during the night.
DJ Snake, born William Sami Étienne Grigahcine, rose to international fame with tracks such as “Turn Down for What,” “Lean On,” “Let Me Love You,” and “Disco Maghreb.” The latter track is a tribute to his Algerian heritage through his mother. As of now, his total global streams have surpassed 30 billion.
In an interview with France Inter, DJ Snake described the show as “the result of everything I have experienced.” He explained that performing at Stade de France represents the highest point of his career. He also noted that he has been deeply involved in designing every element of the show to deliver a powerful and lasting experience for fans.
Following the main event, an official afterparty will be held at Accor Arena in Paris, with over 20,000 additional attendees expected. DJ Snake remarked that smaller venues come with even greater pressure, stating that “if the set is not good, everything falls apart.”
Originally from Ermont in the Val-d’Oise area, DJ Snake frequently speaks about his cultural roots. With an Algerian mother and French father, he has expressed hope for stronger understanding between France and Algeria. He also confirmed that plans are underway to hold a concert in Algiers.
In 2024, DJ Snake was honoured with a wax figure at the Grévin Museum in Paris. He is the first electronic music artist to receive this recognition.
Although Justin Bieber will not be part of the final show as previously hoped, DJ Snake hinted that more surprises are in store.
“The Final Show” is more than a concert. It is a personal and professional milestone that reflects DJ Snake’s journey, his identity, and the connection he shares with his audience. It will be a farewell to the Paris stage that many will remember for years to come.
