John Summit has hinted at plans to spend more time in Asia this winter, catching the attention of fans across the region. The Chicago-based DJ and producer has quickly risen to prominence in the dance music scene, known for his dynamic sets and strong connection with the crowd.
He has already played major shows across Asia including Creamfields Hong Kong in 2023 and more recently Lollapalooza India in March 2025. Back in March 2023, he performed at Onyx Bangkok, marking his first visit to Thailand. Despite these appearances, he has never been part of a festival lineup in the country.
Tracks like "Where You Are" have become staples in house music, followed by releases such as "Shiver" and "Focus" that have helped shape his global reputation. His live shows are known for their intensity, and fans often anticipate the moment he grabs the mic and shouts, "How the f*** we feeling, Miami?"
With 808 Festival and Neon Countdown both set for December, fans in Thailand are now wondering if we’ll hear him ask the same question here.
The demand is there. The timing feels right. Now the question is whether one of the biggest names in house music will finally make his Thai festival debut.
