EDC Las Vegas 2026 is back for its 30th anniversary, and Insomniac has put together one of the most stacked editions in the festival's history.
Taking place May 15-17, 2026 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, this year's festival runs under the theme kineticJOURNEY, a nod to the 30-year journey of electronic music from underground raves to a three-night event that draws half a million people. Over 200 DJs will perform across 17 stages throughout the weekend.
Tickets across all tiers, including 3-day GA, GA+, and VIP, are sold out. Anyone still looking to attend can join the waitlist at the Insomniac website.

How to Watch EDC Las Vegas 2026 for Free
EDC is bringing back its free livestream this year, broadcasting six stages simultaneously on YouTube across all three nights.
Stages with livestream coverage: kineticFIELD, circuitGROUNDS, cosmicMEADOW, quantumVALLEY, bassPOD, and bionicJUNGLE.
Stages without livestream coverage: wasteLAND and neonGARDEN.
Beyond YouTube, Insomniac Radio will stream music from the festival 24 hours a day throughout the weekend, including artist interviews and behind-the-scenes content. It is worth keeping on in the background if you want to stay immersed in the atmosphere the entire weekend.
Sets You Cannot Miss at EDC Las Vegas 2026
The lineup this year is dense enough that narrowing it down is genuinely difficult. Here are the five categories worth prioritizing.
Mainstage Headliners
Martin Garrix, Zedd, FISHER, Tiesto, Kaskade, John Summit, and Armin van Buuren all take the kineticFIELD across the three nights. Anyone new to EDM who wants to experience the genre's biggest names in one place should start here. Armin van Buuren closes the final night of the festival with a sunrise set, a slot EDC reserves for its most emotionally significant moments.
B2B Sets Worth Staying Up For
Hardwell B2B Maddix on May 14 before the festival officially opens. Hardwell's first EDC appearance in eight years since his 2018 hiatus makes this one of the most anticipated sets of the entire weekend.
Peggy Gou B2B KI/KI on Saturday at neonGARDEN. Peggy Gou already has a solo set on Friday, but returns the following night for a B2B that crosses house and techno in a combination that rarely happens at festival scale.
Laidback Luke B2B Chuckie on Friday at kineticFIELD. Two Dutch house legends sharing a stage for the first time at the festival, bringing back the energy of the Big Room and Dirty Dutch era in a new context.
Doctor P B3B Flux Pavilion B3B Funtcase on Saturday at bassPOD. Three founding figures of Circus Records together on one stage. If you grew up in the golden era of dubstep this is the moment of the weekend.
Underground and Techno
Charlotte de Witte closes kineticFIELD on night one, bringing the stripped techno sound that built KNTXT into one of the most respected techno brands in the world. The Prodigy performs at cosmicMEADOW during the HARD takeover night, a legacy act that has kept the spirit of 90s rave culture alive longer than almost anyone else in electronic music.
Bass Music
Subtronics, Sub Focus, Seven Lions, and Adventure Club in throwback set mode. The Adventure Club throwback set in particular is a direct callback to the dubstep sound of 2012 to 2014 that defined a generation of bass music fans.
Sunrise Sets
EDC's sunrise sets are one of the festival's most beloved traditions, with DJs playing as the Nevada desert sun comes up over the speedway. This year Above and Beyond play the Saturday sunrise set at kineticFIELD, with Armin van Buuren closing the entire festival on Sunday morning. For anyone watching from Thailand, the sunrise sets in Las Vegas fall during the afternoon and early evening in Bangkok, making them some of the most convenient sets of the entire weekend to catch live.
Why EDC Las Vegas 2026 Matters
Thirty years is a milestone that very few festivals in electronic music have ever reached. The fact that EDC is still growing at 30, drawing 500,000 people across three nights and a lineup that spans mainstream EDM, hard techno, UK garage, hardstyle, and everything in between, says something significant about what the festival has built.
This year also marks EDC Week, running May 13-19 across clubs and pool parties throughout the Las Vegas Strip. Marquee, Omnia, Zouk, Hakkasan, XS, and LIV are all hosting EDC headliners throughout the week, effectively turning the entire city into a seven-day extension of the festival.
For anyone in Asia who has never been, EDC Las Vegas is the festival that resets your sense of scale for what EDM can be. Half a million people in three nights is a number that no festival in Asia has come close to reaching. Seeing it once changes how you think about the genre permanently.
