S2O Songkran Music Festival 2026: Ticket Sales FAQ Breakdown

Jan 22nd 2026

If you’re planning to go to S2O Songkran Music Festival in 2026, ticket sales officially start on January 24 at 10:00 AM Thailand time, beginning with EARLY BIRD 3-Day Passes. The festival itself takes place over April 11–13, 2026 during Songkran, with the venue once again set in central Bangkok, though the exact location will be announced later. EARLY BIRD tickets are limited and usually don’t last long, so anyone serious about going should be ready when sales open.

All tickets are sold through Eventpop, and there are a few things people often overlook during checkout. You’ll need to sign up with a valid email address, and the name on your order must match your ID. For EARLY BIRD 3-Day Passes, the limit is two tickets per user, and the wristband you receive will be valid for all three days of the festival.

One of the most important decisions during purchase is choosing how you want to receive your wristband. You can either have it delivered within Thailand only or pick it up at the event, and once you select this option, it cannot be changed. Wristband shipping starts from March 15, 2026, and delivery addresses can only be entered once per order. If you make a mistake, you have a three-day window after purchase to request a correction, as long as the order is still processing.

For those choosing delivery, there’s also the matter of the Limited Box Set. The first 12,640 orders will pay a shipping fee of 85 THB per order (excluding VAT) and receive one Limited Box Set per order. Orders placed after that point will pay a 65 THB shipping fee, but will receive standard wristband packaging only, without the box set. If a package is returned because the address is wrong, the recipient is unavailable, or delivery fails, the organizer will not resend the package or issue refunds. In those cases, wristbands can only be collected at the event after identity verification.

Payment on Eventpop supports most commonly used methods in Thailand, including credit and debit cards, Amex, Alipay, TrueMoney Wallet, QR PromptPay, and WeChat Pay. Installment payments are also available for selected credit cards, with a minimum spend of 2,500 THB and installment periods of up to four months, depending on the bank. Ticket prices already include 7 percent VAT, but payment and service fees are added at checkout.

Once payment is completed, tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, upgraded, or changed under any circumstances. Wristbands should not be worn before the event, and damaged or altered wristbands may be rejected at entry. It’s also important not to share order confirmation QR codes or reference numbers publicly, as the organizer does not take responsibility in those cases. Reading the details carefully before confirming your order will save a lot of trouble later, especially during a busy Songkran weekend.
