Universal Studios Japan has confirmed that Space Fantasy will return as Space Fantasy – The Ride: CLUB ZEDD Remix, opening on January 30, 2026. The announcement followed Zedd’s Instagram post where he revealed that he has been working with the park for the past year to reimagine the indoor coaster as a new space-club themed experience.

Zedd stated that his aim for the update was to let the music guide how the ride unfolds, shaping the way visitors feel each rise and drop. He also shared that he created an exclusive DJ mix for the queue, which introduces the audio direction of the attraction before guests board.

Universal Studios Japan has listed the project as a limited-time collaboration. The park has not released further information about the tracklist, technical features, or additional design changes, and no additional details have been confirmed through public statements.

Space Fantasy’s original indoor spinning layout remains the base of the attraction. The CLUB ZEDD Remix version introduces a new direction shaped by Zedd’s concept and involvement, with more updates expected as the opening date approaches.
